Shinkyokushin karate

''One must try, everyday, to expand one's limits.''
(Mas Oyama)

It is a full-contact style of fighting grounded in principles of self-improvement, discipline, and hard training.

Shinkyokushin Karate is a prominent branch within the world of Kyokushin Karate, founded by the legendary Masutatsu Oyama in 1964. The name 'Kyokushin' translates to 'the ultimate truth' in Japanese.

The primary goal of Shinkyokushin Karate is to develop not only the fighting skills but also strong character, respect for others, and sense of discipline.

Karate Shinkyokushin impresses with its powerful techniques, extraordinary resilience, and the strong spirit of its fighters.

Today, the World Karate Organization (WKO) Shinkyokushinkai, led by Kenji Midori Shihan, comprises approximately 1,000,000 members across 100 countries. It is one of the world's largest full-contact karate organizations and continues to adhere to Sosai Oyama's Kyokushinkai Karate principles.
